			<title>Why didn't you submit to ARECLS?</title>

			<description>Hello ECLS colleagues,



The deadline for ARECLS submissions has passed for another year. From the looks of things there were about a dozen submissions, which is a pretty poor turnout for such a large school. So my question is: if you didn't submit (and chances are, you didn't) why not? What can ARECLS do to convince you to submit next year?



Why submit? Here are a few reasons:

-you get a publication credit, which will be key to getting an academic job once you've completed your studies
